How it works

# From enquiry
to an agreed plan

A clear process leaves more space for the journey itself. Here is what a useful first conversation can lead to.

## A thoughtful start
A practical plan

The details vary by service. The principle stays the same: clarity before commitment.

-

### Tell us about your plans

Choose the service that best fits your enquiry. Share the destination, purpose and broad circumstances without sending sensitive documents.

-

### Discuss what support fits

The team can clarify the available assistance and the information needed to assess your request. Ask questions about what is included.

-

### Review the scope and quotation

Understand charges, responsibilities, supplier arrangements and any relevant terms before agreeing to proceed.

-

### Prepare the next steps

Once the scope is agreed, work through the relevant preparation with a clear view of what you and the team need to do.

## Tell us what you’re planning

Share your destination, the service you need and the questions you would like to discuss.

Legal advice relevant to your service is included for every paying client.
